Ben Reardon

Ben Reardon has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the retail and food industry. Ben started their career at Harrods in 1997 as an Area Manager and worked there until 2007. Ben then joined Abel & Cole as the Head of Logistics in 2006 and later became the Director of Logistics in 2015. In 2016, they joined William Jackson Food Group as the Group Projects Director. In 2017, they returned to Abel & Cole as the Operations Director and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Ben Reardon attended Lancaster University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography with Business Management. Additionally, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Business Studies during the same time period at Lancaster University.
