Jessica Carlos, MBA, CIA, currently serves as the Internal Audit SOX Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Consultant at Protiviti, focusing on policy and procedure development and risk control implementation. Jessica's experience at CIT Bank included roles as an IT SOX Controls Associate and Technology and Operations Senior Associate/Internal Controls Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance testing and evaluating operational loss events. At The Adecco Group, Jessica directed risk assessment activities related to Sarbanes Oxley compliance and internal control testing. Jessica's career began at Deutsche Bank as a Senior Operations Analyst, where engagement with clients on corporate actions and related services was a primary focus. Jessica holds an MBA in International Business Practices from American International College and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, along with international business study experience from Shanghai University.
