Monique Britton

Monique Britton serves as Group Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since February 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing the global Retail Operations team and addressing critical areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and compliance with environmental and product regulatory standards. Monique's extensive experience at Abercrombie & Fitch has encompassed various roles, including Vice President of Labor & Employment and Privacy & Digital Operations, and Senior Legal Counsel, providing comprehensive legal support across multiple European markets. Prior to this, Monique worked as Legal Counsel for Employment Law & Compliance at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where advising on labor matters and training HR personnel was key. Monique began the legal career as a Judicial Extern for the EEOC. Monique holds a JD with a Labor and Employment Law Certificate from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BS in Business Marketing from Miami University.
