Naresh Maheshwari

Naresh Maheshwari is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business planning, taxation, and investment advisory. As the Principal Owner of a consultancy since April 2014, Naresh provides expert guidance in financial matters. In addition, Naresh serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at ABG Shipyard Ltd since April 2012, collaborating closely with the Chairman and CFO on annual business strategy, treasury, financial controls, and working capital management. Prior to this role, Naresh held the position of Senior Vice President at SKNL from April 1991 to September 2011, where responsibilities included annual and long-term business planning, budget oversight, and management of retail and garment operations. Naresh is a Chartered Accountant, having completed the professional credentialing through ICAI between 1985 and 1989.
