Kay Richards has work experience as an Ag Science Teacher and CTE Department Head at Abilene ISD since 1993. Prior to that, they worked as an Ag Science Teacher at Weatherford ISD from 1987 to 1993.
Kay Richards received a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Teacher Education from Tarleton State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Kay then pursued a Master's degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from the same university in 1986.
