Jonathan Altieri

Jonathan Altieri is an experienced Information Technology professional with a versatile background in network administration and operations management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Operations Manager and Network Administrator at Abilities First, Inc. since June 2020, Jonathan specializes in managing Active Directory On Prem and Entra ID for Office 365 tenants, along with utilizing Security Center for email security measures. Prior roles include Junior Network Technician at Southern Westchester BOCES, where Jonathan developed a PowerShell script for log analysis, and Helpdesk Technician in the US Army, managing IT equipment and user accounts across multiple networks. Jonathan also has experience in security and facilities management from previous roles, complemented by an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences for Computer Networking from The College of Westchester.
