Lyn Jacobs-Elliott

Lyn Jacobs-Elliott has a strong background in human resources and leadership. Lyn started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Personnel Manager at Kimmel Automotive, Inc. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Signature Management, Inc from 1996 to 1999. Since 1999, they have been with Abilities Network, where they held the role of Director of Human Resources until September 2018. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Abilities Network.

Lyn Jacobs-Elliott has a diverse educational background. Lyn started their education by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1992. Lyn then pursued a Secondary English Education Certification from Towson University between 1992 and 1993.

After gaining some experience in the field, Lyn decided to further advance their education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Loyola University Maryland, studying there from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lyn also holds several certifications. Lyn obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in December 1997. Later, in January 2016, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. These certifications demonstrate their specialization and expertise in the field of human resources.
