Charlene Lejeune currently serves as the Operations Manager and Training Logistics Manager at Abilways, a position held since October 2006. In this role, Charlene is responsible for managing one of the group's training centers accommodating 140 individuals and overseeing the logistical aspects of 2,000 training sessions per year, which includes venue planning, research, and organization of training events. Additionally, Charlene handles reservations, orders from various suppliers, and conducts tariff negotiations. Prior to this, from September 2005 to October 2006, Charlene worked as a Conference Coordinator at Marriott Hotels, where responsibilities included overseeing and managing events such as conferences and seminars.
