Michael Chiyasa

Michael Chiyasa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction and project management. Currently serving as the Business Owner of Amchil Groundworks & Civils Limited since May 2021, Michael also holds significant positions at Abingdon and Witney College, including Head of Estates and Capital Development and Head of Environment Services. Prior roles include Capital Projects Manager at Abingdon and Witney College, Project Manager (Construction) at Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust, and Assistant Building Control Surveyor at Luton Borough Council. Michael began the career as a Space Planner/Project Manager at Edgars Stores Limited and further developed skills as a Senior Architectural Technician at HBN Simela Architects. Michael holds an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate & Construction from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc (Hons) in Design & Construction Management with IT from the University of Greenwich.
