Britt Louwers

Britt Louwers is a Junior HR Adviseur at Abiom since September 2023, where responsibilities include advisory discussions, administrative tasks, and managing training and salary structures while actively participating in HR and payroll administration. Previously, Britt worked as an HR-medewerker, overseeing HR administration and recruitment processes, and was the first point of contact for employees. Before that, Britt gained experience as a verkoopster at Kees Arts Mannenmode and as an HR afstudeerstagaire at Stichting Sint Anna, where a plan for a Learning Department was developed, earning a nomination for the HR thesis award in 2023. Additional roles include an HR intern at Contiweb and tutoring in mathematics and science subjects. Britt holds a Bachelor of Arts in HRM from HAN University of Applied Sciences and completed secondary education at Elzendaalcollege.
