Hayley Yurgan

Hayley Yurgan has held prominent roles within the ABL Employment Group since 2012, currently serving as Managing Partner at both ABL Careers and ABL Direct since January 2016 and October 2021, respectively. ABL Careers thrives on a personal and solutions-oriented approach, experiencing significant growth since its inception in 1999, while ABL Direct focuses on direct hire and permanent placements in various industries including finance, manufacturing, and logistics. Previously, Hayley served as Regional Manager and held several positions at ABL Employment, including Staffing Coordinator and Recruiter, which involved recruiting and placing candidates to meet client needs. Hayley also worked as a Research Coordinator at Queen's University in the Department of Psychology Pain Research Lab. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Psychology from Queen's University, obtained in 2014.
