Natalie Clayton

Natalie Clayton is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Executive Director at FAIR Girls and as an Attorney at ABL Law. Previously, Natalie was the General Counsel & Vice President at Family Support Services of North Florida, overseeing legal matters and collaborating with community agencies to improve dependency processes for children. Prior to that role, Natalie served as Managing Attorney at the Florida Department of Children and Families, managing a team of attorneys while providing training on the implementation of Florida’s Safety Practice Model. Natalie holds a Doctor of Law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from American University.
