Alicia Ponce

Alicia Ponce is the Manager of Future Profits SV Ops / Product at Able Works. Alicia has been with the company since September of 2017 and in their current position since December of 2020. Prior to that, they were the FutureProfits Program Manager at Able Works from August of 2017 to January of 2019.

Before their time at Able Works, Alicia Ponce worked as a Student Advisor at Students Rising Above from August of 2017 to January of 2019. There, they provided extensive case management services to help their students achieve their dream of a college education. As an advisor, they turned to their for emotional, social, and financial support.

Alicia Ponce has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Latin American Studies from Yale University. Alicia also has certification from Zoom Video Communications in Teacher/Educator Track Assessment and from LinkedIn in The Six Morning Habits of High Performers. Alicia Ponce is also a Notary Public certified by the Office of California Secretary of State Alex Padilla.

Alicia Ponce reports to Maria Chavez, Managing Director, Central Valley. They are on a team with Elizabeth Garcia - Youth Program Specialist - Modesto, Jessica Barragan Carmona - Youth Program Sepecialist / Modesto.
