James Labate

James LaBate has over three decades of experience in operational management and analytics within various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Residential Operations at AbleLight since January 2022, James previously held multiple roles at Bethesda Lutheran Communities from November 2016 to January 2022, including Program Manager, LDSP, and Direct Support Professional. Prior to that, James worked at ARRIS from December 1992 to February 2016 as a Business Analyst and in Purchasing/Product Management. James LaBate is a graduate of Barnes Business College.
