Heikki Ketolainen

Heikki Ketolainen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and education. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Karelia University of Applied Sciences since August 2024 and as a Production Manager at Abloy Oy since April 2022, Heikki has achieved significant improvements in operational metrics, including a 44% reduction in lead times and an increased productivity rate. Previous roles include Factory Manager at Arctia Ltd and Meritaito Ltd - SeaHow, as well as a range of positions at Abloy Oy, where contributions spanned production engineering, lean manufacturing, and HR functions. Heikki holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from LUT University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from North Karelia University of Applied Sciences.
