Henna Huuhka-Martikainen

Henna Huuhka-Martikainen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and project management within the fields of telecom and access control systems. Currently serving as a Product Group Manager and System Specialist at Abloy Oy since November 2018, Henna has previously held positions such as Software Specialist and Customer Service Assistant. In addition to this role, Henna has been involved with PMA Explotech Oy since September 2007, managing financial responsibilities and CRM. Prior experience includes significant roles at ManpowerGroup Solutions and Teleperformance, focusing on various aspects of customer service and technical support. Henna holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Cyber Security and IoT from JAMK University of Applied Sciences, as well as degrees in Business Administration and Logistics from Tampere and Jyväskylä universities, respectively.
