Brian Baldwin

Brian Baldwin is an experienced HVAC professional currently serving as the Lead HVAC Technician at ABM Industries since October 2022. Baldwin previously held the position of HVAC/Maintenance Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and served as an Industrial Maintenance Specialist at The Okonite Company. With a background in facility and environmental health and safety supervision at Koyo Bearings USA LLC, and experience as a Rotary Compressor Technician, Baldwin possesses a strong technical foundation in HVAC systems. Prior to these roles, Baldwin served as a Sergeant in the Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office and completed military service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in landing support and safety. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Excelsior University and additional education from Southern Methodist College.
