David Shannon

David Shannon is an experienced Sales Engineer with a demonstrated history in the tech industry, currently serving as a Sales Engineer for both Enterprise and Mid Market at Abnormal Security since April 2022. Prior to this role, David was a Senior Sales Engineer and Team Lead at Darktrace from December 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included pre- and post-sales support for autonomous detection and response technology. Earlier in their career, David conducted interviews for InitialView from January 2016 to December 2019, engaging with international students on behalf of prestigious academic programs. David holds a double Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of Washington and attended New York University from 2010 to 2013.
