Katerina Vlachava

Katerina Vlachava is an experienced Contracts Manager with a focus on renewable energy and commercial agreements. Currently at ABO Energy, Katerina leads negotiations for Power Purchase Agreements and manages the entire contract lifecycle. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Contracts Manager at NCC Group, where Katerina drafted and negotiated commercial agreements, and as a Commercial Contract and SOW Manager at Allvotec, supporting sales and account management teams. Katerina has held various positions in contract advisory, data analysis, and purchasing across multiple organizations, showcasing a strong background in legal and commercial frameworks. Katerina holds a Master of Law (LLM) from The University of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Macedonia.
