Brittney Kirkland

Brittney oversees a portfolio that includes six permanent supportive housing sites, one interim site, a mental health outreach team, an intensive case management team serving veterans, and a behavioral healthcare program. She also oversees resident services in scattered sites. In this capacity, she provides leadership to interdisciplinary teams in Santa Clara County including Project Welcome Home, Second Street Studios, Renascent Place, and Eagle Park. Brittney led CARF accreditation efforts for multiple Abode programs under the service coordination and behavioral health umbrella.
