Jason F. is currently the Director of Operations at Abortion Access Front, where he oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions, focusing on finance and human resources. Previously, Jason served as the Senior Operations Manager at Breakthrough, where he led the implementation of policies and systems to balance staff and organizational needs, managed fiscal sponsorships, developed budgets, and modernized systems to benefit efficiency and organizational goals. Prior to that, he worked at Mayo Performing Arts Center in various roles such as Special Projects Manager, Sponsorship Manager, and Patron Lounge Manager & Volunteer Coordinator. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
