Lindsay Wang

Lindsay Wang is a seasoned professional in operations and management within the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as Co-Founder at about-face beauty since March 2021. Prior to this, Lindsay held positions including Chief Operating Officer at Kosas, Director of Operations at OUAI, and Associate Director of Operations at ILIA Beauty. Earlier experience includes roles such as Operations Manager at Too Faced Cosmetics and Operations Department Specialist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Lindsay began a career in the industry as a Production Assistant at Tarte Cosmetics and has also worked in operations roles at Huawei. Academically, Lindsay holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of Professional Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology, in addition to a Bachelor of Economics from Central South University.
