Jorge Manuel Soares

Jorge Manuel Soares is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in business process management and digital strategy. As the Founder and CEO of Agile Business Process Consultancy since November 2014, Jorge leads the development of tailored automation solutions, emphasizing the importance of organizational processes. In addition, Jorge serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of the School of Automation, focusing on enhancing creativity and technical skills. Jorge has also founded ABP Media Factory and previously held leadership roles at Agile Business Process Innovation and STEP TI, which became part of the ABP Group in January 2022. Prior to these ventures, Jorge held various senior management positions at NOVO BANCO, focusing on digital strategy and business process management, and worked as a web specialist at Banco Comercial Português and Companhia de Seguros Império.
