Karl Granda has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Retail Assistant Engineering Manager at ABP Food Group since September 2016, after progressing from a Trainee Assistant Engineering Manager and an Electrical Engineer. In these roles, Karl enhanced communication skills, focused on planning and completing maintenance, and improved the Computerized Maintenance Management System, notably increasing the weekly average of planned preventive maintenance from 300 to 500. Prior to that, Karl served as a Metal Smith in the British Army from September 2013 to September 2016. Karl holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Telford College, completed from 2018 to 2020, and a Level 3 qualification in the same field from 2016 to 2018.
