Sara Jackson

Sara Jackson has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Sara started their career at American Family Insurance in 1998, where they held various management positions such as Help Desk Team Manager and Change and Configuration Management and Deployment Services Manager. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Infrastructure Strategy and Planning Manager at American Family Insurance. In 2020, they joined Forward Service Corporation and ABR Employment Services as the Chief Information Officer.

Sara Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1990 to 1995. Sara also holds additional certifications including Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the Scrum Alliance, both obtained in 2019.
