Mark Finlayson

Mark Finlayson is a highly experienced Senior Systems Analyst with over three decades of expertise in the financial services sector. Since March 2000, Mark has been with Standard Life, leading efforts on applications that facilitate commission payments and adviser charges, with notable contributions to projects like the FSA Retail Distribution Review. Prior to this, Mark held roles at Syntegra and Bank of Scotland, focusing on systems integration and project feasibility, respectively. Mark's career began at Allied Dunbar as a graduate trainee, where foundational skills in systems analysis were developed. Mark holds a Master of Arts (MA Hons) in Mental Philosophy from The University of Edinburgh.
