Matthew Spring

Matthew Spring is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in fixed income trading. Currently, Matthew serves as a Senior Fixed Income Trader at abrdn, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this role, Matthew was Vice President of Municipal Trading at Morgan Stanley from June 2011 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, Matthew held the position of Assistant Vice President in High Yield & Investment Grade Credit Trading at Stone & Youngberg from April 2007 to April 2011 and worked as a Fixed Income Sales Associate at ML Stern & Co. from September 2005 to January 2007. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Vermont, graduating in 2005.
