Rafa Braz

Rafa Braz has extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles across various companies. Since March 2015, Rafa serves as CEO of IBRA Outplacement Community and also holds the position of Executive Counselor and Executive Director at ABRH-MG since January 2022. In 2024, Rafa became an Advisor for Hiker Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on innovative business investments. Additionally, Rafa has been a Director at ADCE MG since 2017, emphasizing the development of leaders through corporate social responsibility and Christian values. From 2012 to 2016, Rafa was Head of Sales for Oportunidades BH, a startup specializing in online recruitment, and previously worked as a Headhunter at RAM RH from 2010 to 2014, specializing in tactical and strategic recruitment. Rafa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from PUC Minas and has an educational background from Faculdade Pitagoras from 1994 to 2003.
