Renata Horta

Renata Horta currently serves as CHRO and Director of People and Management at Farmax - Indústria de Cosméticos e Farmacêuticos since November 2020. Additionally, Renata holds board member positions at Associação Comercial e Empresarial de Minas (ACMinas) and ABRH-MG, both starting in 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Forluz and at Rede Globo from 2014 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing human capital in TV Globo Minas. Renata began career at Total Linhas Aéreas, progressing from intern to various managerial roles in human resources and operational safety over a 14-year tenure.
