Mark Spridgeon

Mark Spridgeon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and staffing sectors. Mark began their career at Barker Personnel Services as a Management Accountant, where they gained skills in various financial functions and achieved their CIMA qualification. Mark then moved to Tate, where they held the roles of Financial Controller and later Finance Director, overseeing commercial finance and spearheading a rebranding project. After that, they worked at SRG as a Financial Controller, focusing on strategic finance and achieving significant profit growth. Following this, they joined Impellam as Finance Director, responsible for streamlining finance functions across multiple brands and implementing standardized accounting platforms. Mark eventually became the Chief Operating Officer at Impellam, leading business units and driving year-on-year growth. Currently, Mark is the Director of Finance at Abri Group, a Housing Association with a focus on creating conditions for residents, staff, and communities to flourish.

Mark Spridgeon earned a BA Hons degree in Accounting from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
