Laura Bonomo

Laura Bonomo has over 30 years of work experience in the field of psychology. Laura founded and served as the CEO of Abridged Psychology since May 2014, where they specialized in cognitive-behavior therapy for anxiety-based disorders and everyday problems in both children and adults. Prior to that, they worked as a psychologist at Nassau BOCES for 30 years from October 1990 to June 2020. Laura also had their own solo practice as a practitioner from July 1996 to April 2014.

Laura Bonomo obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Adelphi University, which they completed between 1984 and 1986. Laura further pursued their education at Hofstra University, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from 1986 to 1990.
