Dawn Friedel

Dawn Friedel is a Senior Instructional Designer at Abrigo since April 2019, specializing in creating customer-facing training materials for cloud-based solutions in Enterprise Risk Management, Asset Liability Management, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, and Credit & Lending within the financial sector. As the owner of Learn It Digitally, LLC since October 2018, Dawn provides consulting services in instructional design and eLearning. A history of contract instructional design roles includes work at TimelyText, Inc., CTG - Computer Task Group, Fidelity Investments, and Itron, Inc., where Dawn developed training materials across various industries, including finance and utilities. Previous positions at LogMeIn and Progress Software involved developing training courses and user assistance materials for technical applications. Dawn holds a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design & Technology from Walden University.
