Russell Thomason

Russell Thomason is an experienced professional in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Support and Client Care at Abrigo since April 2018. Prior to this role, Russell held multiple positions at MST (MainStreet Technologies, Inc) from December 2011 to May 2024, including Director of Customer Service and Technical Support, and Supervisor of Customer and Technical Support, where responsibilities included managing technical support groups for both the Financial and Government departments. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Systems Engineer at MST, Truss Engineer at VNS Corporation, and Truss Engineer/Manager at Lake Shore Truss, with a focus on designing trusses for construction and managing operational aspects of a satellite office.
