Lincoln Abbotts

Lincoln Abbotts FRSA serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Development at ABRSM since March 2013, leading initiatives in music education and external partnerships. In addition to this role, Lincoln has contributed to the Mayor's Music Education Task Force and serves as Vice Chair of the Music Education Council and a Council Member at the Royal Philharmonic Society. As a flautist, composer, and conductor, Lincoln has performed extensively, including notable works at the BBC Proms. Prior professional experience includes Chief Executive of Music for Youth and Senior Manager at BBC Audio & Music, alongside educational credentials including an MBA from The Open University and music performance degrees from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and The University of Manchester.
