Zion Jesse possesses extensive experience in human resources and people strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as GM-People Strategy & Culture and previously as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at ABS INDIA PVT LTD since October 2019, Zion has a strong background in benchmarking HR processes, employee engagement, and talent development. Prior roles include Sr. Manager Human Resource at Axcend Automation and Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Manager Human Resource positions at FatPipe Networks and Kryptos Networks Pvt. Ltd., focusing on recruitment, resource and performance management, and process improvement. Education credentials include an MBA in HR from Anna University Chennai, a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Master of Science in Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be University).
