Kaitlin Boyink

Kaitlin Boyink has a solid background in recruiting, with experience in various healthcare organizations. Kaitlin is currently serving as the Regional Recruiting Director at ABS Kids, where they lead a team of mental health professionals and administrative staff dedicated to providing services to children with developmental delays and their families. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Corporate Recruiting at LifeSource, Inc., a healthcare management service organization focused on mental health. Kaitlin also worked as a Senior Recruiter at MedOptions, the leading provider of behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Kaitlin has also held the position of Corporate Recruiter at Elements Behavioral Health. Kaitlin has been involved in recruiting since 2007, starting as a Recruiter at MedOptions before being promoted to Senior Recruiter.

Kaitlin Boyink began their education at Muskegon Community College in 1990, where they pursued a degree in Psychology/Sociology. Kaitlin completed their Associate of Arts degree in 1993. Later that same year, they attended Grand Valley State University and studied Sociology for a year, concluding their education at this institution in 1994.
