Kelli Fletcher

Kelli Fletcher is a Senior Recruiter at ABS Kids since October 2020, specializing in the recruitment of Behavioral Technicians and enhancing the hiring process through collaboration and resource optimization. Previously, Kelli served as a Recruiter at LEARN Behavioral and founded My Urbn Jungle, focusing on personalized plant arrangements and future expansions into interior design. Kelli has also held positions at 24 Hour Fitness as an Assistant Sales Manager and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee. With experience as a Behavioral Therapist and a background in retail, Kelli brings extensive skills in candidate engagement and client relations. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from UC San Diego and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching at the University of Southern California.
