Melissa Orr

Melissa Orr is an experienced operations manager currently serving at ABS Kids since July 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Associate Executive Director of Youth Development & Programs at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte from April 2019 to August 2023. Additionally, Melissa served as Executive Director at the Akron Area YMCA from May 2000 to February 2018. Melissa earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Education from the University of Mount Union, where studies spanned from 1989 to 1994.
