Rocquel Rakes

Rocquel Rakes is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at ABS Kids since August 2021, Rocquel previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Save the Children US from October 2019 to August 2021 and at the South Carolina Department of Transportation from October 2014 to August 2021.
