Nick Bizic has extensive work experience in various HR and talent management roles. Nick currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Management & Learning at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), a role they have held since 2022. Nick then obtained a Master's Degree in Public & International Affairs (MPIA) with a focus on International Affairs from the same university from 1992 to 1993. In 2001, they pursued a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at La Roche University, which they completed in 2004. Nick also participated in executive education programs, including the Rice Advanced Management Program (RAMP) at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, where they completed the program in 2020. Nick obtained executive education certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Artificial Intelligence, Harvard Business School for HR, and UCLA Anderson School of Management for HR. Moreover, Nick obtained additional certifications, including "Accelerating Digital Transformation as Offices Reopen" and "Beacon: Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging for Leaders" from LinkedIn. Nick also holds the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, obtained in July 2015.
