Owen Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. owen started their career in 1999 as a Senior Dealer at Mondi Group, where they worked until 2001. Later, they joined Société Générale as a Senior Dealer for a short period before moving to Absa in 2002. At Absa, they held various roles, including Senior Dealer, Manager, Associate Principal, and currently works as a Principal since 2014.

Owen Schultz attended St Georges College, Weybridge from 1984 to 1988. owen pursued a degree in Social Science with a focus on Industrial Psychology and Economics.
