Prajay Nathoo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Prajay started their career at Ogilvy & Mather as a Junior Art Director, where they gained skills in design and retouching software. Prajay then worked at Boomtown :: creativity.possibility as a Junior Graphic Designer, focusing on small print-based projects. After that, they joined Proctor and Stevenson as a Designer, working on national and international projects and expanding their expertise in copywriting, photography, and multimedia design. Prajay later became a Freelance Contractor at Fourty Nine Ninety Nine Graphics, managing diverse business and creative requirements and working on multiple projects simultaneously for various clients. Prajay also worked as a Senior Designer at Trinergy Brand Connectors, leading a team and handling communication for national and international events. In 2014, they joined FNB South Africa as a User Experience & User Interface Specialist, focusing on creating user-centric digital platforms. Prajay then moved on to Fjord, Part of Accenture Interactive as a Service & Interaction Designer, specializing in the banking and telecommunication spaces and applying outcome-based planning and design. Currently, Prajay is a Design Project Lead at Absa Group.
Prajay Nathoo completed a Specialization in Graphic Design from Vega School from 2000 to 2002. Prajay also obtained a Certificate in Fundamentals of Project Management from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2010. Additionally, they hold a CUA™ Certification in Usability Analyst from Human Factors International, with the CUA number being 2017-6382.
