Ashlee Brennan

Ashlee Brennan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance within the disability and leave management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Leave Compliance and Vice President of Product Compliance at AbsenceSoft since January 2022, Brennan previously held roles as Senior Compliance Counsel at ReedGroup from June 2019 to January 2022, and Director of National Technical Compliance for Sedgwick from August 2018 to June 2019. Brennan's legal career began with a position as a Compliance Attorney at ReedGroup, after serving as a Law Clerk at the 9th Judicial Circuit Court in early 2015. Early experience includes advocacy roles at The Arc Community Advocates and various legal internships. Brennan holds a Doctor of Law and a Masters of Jurisprudence from Michigan State University College of Law and a BA in Public Relations from Western Michigan University.
