Julia Granado

Julia Granado currently serves as Human Resources Director at Absolut Care LLC, starting in January 2024 after previously holding the role of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes positions at ATC Healthcare as Branch Manager and Compliance Officer, and at MedRisk as a Patient Advocate. Julia's career began at Express Employment Professionals, where roles included Staffing Coordinator, Front Office Coordinator, and Recruiting Specialist. Earlier experience encompasses working as a Detention Aide for the North Tonawanda Police Department and serving as Petty Officer Second Class in the United States Navy, specializing as a Culinary Specialist. Julia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management at Southern New Hampshire University, following prior education at DeVry University and North Tonawanda High School.
