Diksha Tiwari

Diksha Tiwari has a diverse work experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles. Diksha currently holds the position of Sr. Consultant Talent Acquisition Analyst at Absolutdata Analytics-an Infogain company, where they are responsible for end-to-end IT-Technical recruitment, including volume and niche hiring. Diksha'sduties include requirement gathering, job postings on various job portals, initial screening and evaluation of candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting salary negotiations and offer rollouts.

Prior to their current role, Diksha served as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Dhani, where they contributed to HR functions. Diksha also gained experience as a Human Resources Associate at Right Management.

Diksha's earlier work experience includes a role as the Team Lead at Programic Asia Pvt Ltd, where they held a leadership position from July 2018 to February 2021.

Diksha Tiwari pursued their education at the SMS Institute of Technology in Lucknow from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in HR and Marketing. Prior to that, they attended the University of Lucknow from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Business/Commerce.
