Ivan Tokar's work experience begins with their role as Head Pastry Chef at Absolute Taste since 2011. Ivan is responsible for creating and executing tailored dessert menus, developing menus and recipes for café cakes and desserts, overseeing pastry and bakery production at international events, and designing celebration and birthday cakes. Ivan has also collaborated with Michelin Star chefs. Prior to this, they were the Head Pastry Chef / Baker at Cooks & Partners Ltd from 2007 to 2011. Ivan worked at Boulangerie Jade from 2002 to 2007, where they were also the Head Pastry Chef / Baker, specializing in French bread, pastries, savories, and cakes. Ivan started their career as a Junior Pastry Chef at Euphorium bakery from 1999 to 2001, and later became the Senior Pastry Chef / Baker at Club Gascon | Gascon Connection from 2001 to 2002.
Ivan Tokar attended high school from 1992 to 1996. Ivan studied Electronic and Computer Technology, focusing on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
