Neil N.

Neil N. has a diverse work experience in software development and technology management. Neil currently serves as a Software Development Team Lead at Absorb Software since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Honeywell as a Senior Software Engineer III for six years, where they built solutions using various programming languages and provided support. Before that, Neil held the position of Manager of Software Development and Technology at CannAmm Drug & Alcohol Testing for the Workplace Inc. from July 2012 to February 2014. Neil also served as the Director of Software Development and Technology at Resolver Inc. (formerly PPM 2000 Inc.) from July 2005 to June 2012. In this role, Neil had multiple responsibilities, including leading development and QA teams, coaching agile scrum and process, making critical product design decisions, managing project timelines and client expectations, and being involved in system procurement and hiring processes. Neil also played a key role in aligning development teams and integrating mobile products. Neil has extensive experience in the full system development life cycle and agile development practices.

Neil N. has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta. Neil also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) that they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they have studied Information Technology Project Management at NAIT.
