Scott Stephan

Scott Stephan is currently the VP of Product at absurd:joy, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they were a Producer at Superbrothers Inc. from January 2020 to September 2020, where they were responsible for managing relationships with platform partners Epic Games Store & Sony Playstation, among other things. From November 2019 to July 2021, they were the Senior Project Manager at Subvrsive, overseeing resourcing, scheduling, P&L and production for clients such as Ford, Amazon, Showtime and US Foods. Stephan has extensive experience in project management, resourcing and budgeting, and has overseen the production of XR experiences for clients with tens of millions of consumers and cumulative budgets exceeding 3 million dollars. Scott is also responsible for overseeing a team of 5 Project Managers who themselves oversee dozens of creative, engineering and outsource resources.

Scott Stephan received a BA in English/Philosophy from Juniata College and an MFA in Interactive Media from the University of Southern California.
