John st. Clair

John St. Clair has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. John is currently working as the Vice President of Operations & Project Delivery at Abt Associates, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Implementation Team Lead at the same company from February 2020 to October 2020.

Before joining Abt Associates, St. Clair worked at RTI International for over a decade. During their time there, they held several positions, including Vice President of International Offices from December 2016 to January 2020, Sr. Director of International Offices from July 2013 to November 2016, and Director of the Africa Regional Office & Regional Controller from April 2011 to June 2013. John also served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the International Development Group and Director of Finance at MasiMax Resources, Inc., a company that was later acquired by RTI International.

Prior to their tenure at RTI International, St. Clair worked as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Social & Statistical Science Group at RTI International from June 2007 to June 2008. John also held the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Motricity, a mobile content provider, from September 2005 to June 2007.

Additionally, St. Clair has experience working as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Open Source Risk Management, Inc. (Eno River Capital, LLC), where they contributed to the executive team of a venture capital firm and start-up software company. John was responsible for developing and executing business plans, financial structures, and operations.

St. Clair began their career in 1989, working in various positions at Productivity Point International, Inc., Midway Airlines Corp., and the US Navy. John'sroles included National Sales & Operations Director, District Manager, Director of Financial Analysis & Reporting, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Lieutenant in the Supply Corps.

John St. Clair attended the United States Naval Academy from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a BS degree in Engineering. John later pursued an MBA at Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business from 1994 to 1996, specializing in Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained a certification in IRB Members - Basic/Refresher from the CITI Program, a division of BRANY, in December 2020.
