Luke Smith, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in auditing and technical accounting consulting. Currently serving as an Accounting Senior Manager at Abt Associates since October 2022, Luke has previously held various leadership roles at RSM US LLP, including Director of Technical Accounting Consulting, Audit Senior Manager, and Audit Manager, where responsibilities included conducting audits for not-for-profit and healthcare organizations, training staff, and ensuring compliance with Uniform Guidance. Prior to this, Luke gained valuable experience at UHY Advisors and Albany Medical Center, with roles focusing on client audits and financial reconciliations. Educational credentials include a BBA in Accounting from Siena College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College.
